Our corporation has an unusual structure. We and our neighbours across the driveway at Crossbow Point are actually part of the same condominium corporation. We share the same bylaws. Mostly they refer to both the Landing (that's us) and the Point, but in several places, you will find bylaws specific to one or the other. The current Bylaws can be found here. The current Bylaws were accepted by Alberta Land Titles in August 2026, and replaced the Crossbow Condominium Bylaws which had been in place since 2005. They are aligned with the most recent updates to the Alberta Condominium Property Act.
