Two legal documents govern how our condominium Corporation conducts its business. As a Board, we are legally required to enforce the provisions provided in each. Links are found below:

Our corporation has an unusual structure. We and our neighbours across the driveway at Crossbow Point are actually part of the same condominium corporation. We share the same bylaws. Mostly they refer to both the Landing (that's us) and the Point, but in several places, you will find bylaws specific to one or the other. The current Bylaws can be found here.

New Bylaws are Coming! The Alberta Condominium Property Act was updated in 2020 and again in late 2022, which makes some of our existing Bylaws obsolete. And after 20 years the world is a different place, requiring many new provisions. New Bylaws have been drafted and we are still working on them. Owners will see them and we will welcome your feedback, however, in the meantime our old bylaws still apply unless the Act supersedes them.
